This only needs be filled out if this is the first time you work with DPA. This will be emailed to you directly once you or your company are approved and verified.

If the offer is reasonable for a the drone service requested, we will begin researching to find you the highest quality professional drone pilot. We will only inform you of available and willing (at rate provided by you) pilots to work your job. You will be able to review pilot resumes and footage samples. No payment is due if you do not select a pilot. No personal information will be shared about the pilot until the pilot is officially booked. Not all offers will be accepted.

STEP 4- PAY FOR YOUR PILOT

Payment is due prior to the drone pilot's performance. All rates will be agreed upon BEFORE any job begins. All jobs will receive a standard invoice. Payment is not made to pilots until your files are received.

STEP 5 - SHOOT

STEP 6 - RECEIVE YOUR FILES

The pilot will shoot on the scheduled and agreed upon days/times which will be determined via the Pilot Request form in Step 1 (this can be adjusted as need be).

STEP 6 - RECEIVE YOUR FILES

Files will be sent to you in the format of your choice. NOTE - Pilots are not paid in full until you receive this documentation.

QUESTIONS

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

You set the rate. The better the rate the higher quality pilot and equipment you can expect. We do have standard fees which we charge on top of the total rate. Unreasonable offers or offers that we do not feel we can book at the offered rate will not be approved for consideration.

What if we need to re-shoot?

Re shoots will be billed on a prorated basis with a 25% minimum of the original shoot date.

How is payment made?

Payment is made before the service or shoot date. Payment is accepted in a variety of formats. Credit Card payments or services like papal require have their own additional fees which client's are responsible for.

Can I hire pilots directly after we worked with them once?

Absolutely not, this is a breach of agreement. Pilots whom you booked through Drone Pilot Agency, must be hired through Drone Pilot Agency for all drone pilot services.

What if the pilot causes damage to my property?

In the highly unlikely case a drone causes damage to a property, the pilot is accountable for all damages. Most drones are very light so this is unlikely.

What kind of cameras do they have?

This will vary from drone to drone. If you have a specific request be sure to let us know when you fill out your drone request form above.
